We will not have trades working consistently on site over those weeks but a couple of days here and there...
Starting week commencing 21st April there will be electrician/ plumbers and security company working on site to complete our site compound set up and cctv cameras.
6 April:
Landex have paid to have two temporary services installed to enable the site compound to be fully operational for our employees when we commence works on site. Both Utility companies carry out the necessary arrangements for this and should enable residents to always have access to their properties. This has been out of Landex control but we are sorry for any difficulties experienced and the loss of services due to the UK Power Networks incident.
Once market conditions change and we commence works on site, we will inform you in good time when we get close to commencing works on site. We have advised all employees of the urgency for clear access due to a resident needing 24 hr access.
We would like to advise there will be site activity on the compound area as our plumbers and electricians will be carrying out the services to the site accommodation units in preparation for when the market conditions change and works commence.
